CUSTOMERS IN IRELAND:
We now send orders to Ireland with Evri which is why we have to charge a bit extra for postage, to help cover the cost.
CUSTOMERS TO OTHER COUNTRIES:
We send our orders with Royal Mail on their Standard International Post service, which does not have tracking so we are unable to find out where an order is during its journey.
If you would like tracking, please choose the option when checking out. There is an average estimated delivery shown when orders are dispatched, but sometimes there are delays, especially at customs which means that some orders can be delayed for up to 10 days after the estimated date. If you don't receive your order in time, please feel free to let us know, but be aware that we are unable to either find out what happened to your order, or to take any action until the time has passed. Only then would we be able to contact Royal Mail for them to open an investigation into the delayed/missing items. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

For external use only. Keep out of the reach of children. Do not swallow or allow to come into contact with the eyes, if this happens rinse well with water.
Sometimes the roller ball in the bottle may be a little stiff the first time you use it - if you take the lid off the bottle, turn the bottle upside and down and knock it on a hard surface, this should start the ball rolling.
